Changes at DaimlerChrysler

So many changes are taking place in DaimlerChrysler the maker of high quality Mercedes wipers. And it's not just about Chrysler being transferred to Cerberus but also include reshuffling of positions inside the company.

The DaimlerChrysler Board of Management has appointed Rainer Genes, Manager of the Bremen production plant, as the new head of Production Planning Mercedes-Benz Passenger Cars effective June 1, 2007. Rainer Genes will replace Simon Boag who will be going back to Detroit on June 1, 2007 the same day that Genes will sit as the new Head of Production Planning.

Peter Scabert who is the current director of the Berlin production plant will also take over the responsibility for the Bremen plant also starting June 1, 2007.

Thomas Uhr, who is at present the head of the Production and Technology Center--- "Casting and Metal Forming" (PTU) --- will similarly takeover as the head of the Berlin plant on June 1.

Belte a part of the Vodafone McLaren Mercedes
Just recently ALUTEC-BELTE AG and Vodafone McLaren has made official their long-term partnership. BELTE becomes the team's official supplier for heat treatment solutions.
